Disability Facilities

Disabled Parking: We have a number of designated disabled parking spaces available. Please be sure to bring with you a valid blue badge.

Toilets: All toilet locations at the park have access to disabled toilets.

Ramps: Wheelchair ramps can be found at the entrances of all buildings, including toilets, restaurants and cafes. However, as some rides are not suitable for disabled guests, ramps will not be found at selected rides.

Wheelchair Hire: Wheelchairs can also be hired on the day with a refundable deposit. Wheelchairs are issued on a first-come-first-served basis so please email or call us for reservations in advance.

Other Facilities

Toilets: Toilets can be found throughout Terror Town, including at all restaurants and cafes.

Shops: We have a number of shops available here at Terror Town. Collect spine-chilling souvenirs and terrifying treats to haunt you for the rest of your lives so you’ll never forget your last days here. Crawl home with your hands full, or without hands at all.

Parking: You can pay for a car parking space at the entrance for £10 per day. There is only a selected amount available so be sure to pre-book. We strongly advise most visitors to travel to Terror Town with either train or bus.
